This hidden gem is surrounded by lush greenery and flowers, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious apartments are modern and well-equipped with comfortable furniture and convenient bathrooms. The impeccable cleanliness and friendly room service make you feel right at home. Plus, the location is perfect, just a quick stroll away from the sea and charming local tavernas. You can also easily explore the history of the area. It truly feels like a special place.

The only slight inconvenience is the intermittent electric gate, but it's hardly worth mentioning and doesn't overshadow the overall experience.

We were a larger group of friends and we loved the spacious apartments, modern amenities, and comfortable furniture. The kitchenette facilities were well-equipped, and the lovely terrace was perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. The location was great, just a short walk away from the sea, small port, tavernas, and shops. Additionally, the host, Panos, was professional, friendly. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to a port for ferry travel to other islands.

Felt very fortunate to have found this hidden gem, no complaints whatsoever.

What a great find. Really lovely set of apartments about 10-minute walk outside Frikes. We stayed in a Family apartment with an upstairs bedroom/bathroom. The whole apartment was exceptionally well-furnished with a lovely large terrace from which we viewed the sunset. Panos, the owner, was incredibly nice and we went to see him in his restaurant/bar in Kioni called Liz's. This was also lovely and definitely worth a visit! It had a lovely view and the host was very friendly. It was exceptionally clean, it had plenty of room, and water was provided regularly. Well equipped kitchen and very clean with a great amount of supplies. Easy and secure parking with a lovely and well maintained garden. 10-15 minute walk to Frikes center and a short drive to Kioni, Stavros and many beaches and restaurants. If you have a car it's a great location for exploring all of Ithaca.

The apartments were spacious and nicely decorated, with a separate living and dining area. The surrounding gardens were lovely and there was a sun terrace to enjoy. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Oh, how I longed for some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! And butter knives in the kitchenette, because spreading butter with a spoon is always a delight.

For the price we paid, our stay at this hotel was an incredible value. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The location was perfect, situated between the charming village of Stavros and the beautiful harbor of Frikes, offering us the option to explore both. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, especially Panos, who was friendly, helpful, and professional. He made our experience at the hotel truly memorable.

In my wife's opinion, the AC/Windows situation was a bit challenging, especially in the bathroom after taking a shower and wanting to keep the window open for fresh air. However, this was just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay for families.
